Hi to all,
I've installed freemed 0.8.4 both on xampp both on ubuntu 7 but i'm not able to have the file (jpg for eg.)uploading running for Photographic Identification. I mean that all the process seem to run but at the end, i've not the photo in the Photo Id box.
Again, because i need to view freemed through a mobile device, i need to hack freemed to publish jpg and not djvu due the fact that lizard tech has not plugin for these kind of devices.
May anybody suggest how to solve these issues??
tnx in advance to all for your time.

I am failing to upload a patient photo to the patient record. I browse to the file, select and upload, and everything seems to progress well, but no image is uploaded or attached to the profile. No errors are give.

Why won't anyone respond to this question? I am the second one asking, and it does appear that others are able to upload images into the patient's profiles. Please help.

The reason it's not appearing for you there is that the photo ID EMR "box" requires the djvu viewer plugin, whereas the other pieces of the system (scanned documents, unfiled faxes, unread faxes) use a DHTML-based viewer which does all the rendering server-side.

As of 0.8.4, the photo ID module uses the plugin. It would need to be patched to use the server-side renderer (which is based on lib/class.Djvu.php).

The djvu viewer we're using in 0.8.x is now a DHTML/JS based one which performs all of the rendering on the server, so I see no reason why you'd have any trouble with a mobile device.

You may have to grab a more recent Subversion version of 0.8.x, but I think it was in the 0.8.4 release.
